Therefore, the workshop staff specially designed the tooling according to the actual situation.
For this reason, the workshop personnel specially design and make adjustable universal welding tooling according to the actual situation. The base of the tooling is made of steel plate with long holes to realize the expansion and contraction of the base to adapt to the processing of different lengths of roller frames. The positioning of the middle and side pillars is realized by using the shaft, sleeve, fastening bolt and positioning block, and the sleeve drives the positioning block to move and rotate left and right on the shaft, thus realizing the different adjustment of the middle and side pillars.
This move has achieved significant economic benefits, calculated on the basis of processing 20 sets of tooling each year, can save 600 tooling processing hours, saving 38,000 yuan; each tooling needs to consume about 0.5 tons of steel, each year can save the production of tooling steel 10 tons, saving costs of 50,000 yuan; in addition, it also greatly saves the storage space of tooling.
