As this type of strut notch was processed for the first time, there was no alternative stamping die available, so it could only be processed by copy cutting machine, but the efficiency of its processing method was too low, and it could only process about 80 pieces per day.
In response to this situation, the technical staff of the company used six used pallet roller connecting plates, welded three of them to the mold, and the other three were vertically connected to the fixed connecting plates with bolts, then adjusted the position of the connecting plates according to the size of the processed attachment to ensure the accuracy of the processed attachment, and cut and punch the processed attachment by jamming the adjusted connecting plates in turn once, then the required attachment could be processed. After the transformation, it can process more than 800 pieces of roller frame side pillars per day.
